- 2-8

- Very good level in bothEnglish and French.
Team Leader JAVA/JEE (réf: TLJ)
- Strong
knowledge of object oriented JAVA web applications technology &
platforms, and the full development lifecycle: specification, analysis,
design, programming, testing and IT quality.
- Ability to lead a team. Result and quality oriented. Good communication skills.
- 5-10 years of convincing experience.
- Very good level in both English and French.
JEE Platforms Performances & Tools Expert (réf: PPTE)
- Strong knowledge in Java development
ecosystem (including Architecture definition, Technologies and
Frameworks, Modeling and Technical specifications) allowing solving high
problems effeciciency in different situations (internal and client
contexts)
- Best practices & Quality oriented. Capacity to manage technical crises with ease.
- 4-8 years of experience in one or
more of the following domains: Linux usage and administration, Java EE
application servers , Java performance problems and Java profiling
tools, Continuous integration, SVN Git or source control management in
general, Spring, Build tools, Oracle Administration ans other database

the aspects of an english program within an inhouse learning center:
cursus and its rules, web based learning software (eg:Dyned),
grouplessons, certification exam preparation (eg: TOEIC), attendance and
progress monitoring, communication with participants & managers,
etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal . Pedagogical and communication skills.
- Proven english teaching experience, using web based learning would be a plus.
- Perfect English (native speaker preferred).Fluency in French is appreciated.

- Excellent redactional skills in English and/or french. Affinity for technology.

Pedagogical & Coordinator Officer (réf:PCO)
- Confirmed skills in implementing and
managing IT and financial market's training programs within an inhouse
learning center: analyse the management and the employees'training needs
related to hard and soft skills, choose or develop cursus for knowledge
capitalisation and skills development,elaborate pedagogical training
media / tutorials (document, wiki, WBL, serious games, etc) , provide
live or web trainings, etc.
- Exceptional pedagogical, redactional, interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in
similar domain, within IT and/or financial market'ssector (Securities
& Asset Management, Life Insurance, Actuarial services, etc).
- Very good level inEnglish and excellent level in French. Other languages are appreciated.
Communication Officer (réf: CO)
- Good Knowledge in operational
communication and Internal communication: communication plan according
to communication strategy, publications, visual identity, web site and
referencing, social networks, events and users groups, marketing
exhibitions, etc.
- Exceptional communication and PR skills. Autonomy and proactivity.
- 1-5 years of communication experience in IT software sector.
- Excellent level in bothEnglish and French.
IT Process Quality Coordinator (réf:PQC)
- Good Knowledge in software
engineering and quality for IT factory processes: specification,
development, testing, implementation and maintenance.
- Quality oriented. Strong personality with very good interpersonnal skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in software quality and certifications (CMMI, Iso or ITIL).
- Good level in both English and French.
Payroll & HR Administration Officer (réf:PAO)
- Very good Knowledge of payroll
process as well as all the relating administrative tasks: setting
calculation rules in the system, preparation of the payroll data,
monitoring holidays/leaves records, payment of monthly salaries,
periodical social and fiscal formalities, etc. High abity to use payroll
tools (ie: Sage paie, excel, Time sheets application, HR Access for
leaves record, etc.).
- Very rigorous and conscientious.
Details oriented.Excellent awarness and understanding of labor and
social legislation. Good interpersonnal skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in payrol.
- Good level in both English and French.
